Director of Client Success

If you join us, what will you do?

  • Lead the strategy and execution to maintain and expand relationships with key publisher and advertising clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives of PowerInbox’s most important clients
  • Lead and grow the Publisher and Advertiser Success and Operations teams across the company
  • Eliminate workload bottlenecks and enable scalable processes across sales, management and operational functions

In order to be great at your job, you’ll need

  • Around 10 years of prior experience in managing client success operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills with great follow up
  • Excellent social skills with proven ability to overcome objections and form trusting relationships with clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in working remotely
  • Experience in related Ad Tech space for either Publishing, Mobile Apps, Direct Response/Performance Marketing
  • Experience with the Email industry
